《起飞练习》是由自媒体工作者王紫璇，一位刚从加拿大多伦多大学本科毕业的音乐人，凭着自己的音乐才华与对于梦想毫不妥协的信念，跨国整合了各方资源，独立创作而成的第一支ＭＶ作品。
专业的音乐与MV制作过程，多广的资源整合，专案执行上的进度与经济压力，对于当时还在承受着课业压力的在校生来说，独立制作完成这个ＭＶ，并不是一件容易的事。从音乐创作开始到MV发表的这整整一年之间，所经历过的挫折，失败，怀疑，濒临放弃，都是刻在心中札札实实的一道道印记。然而，每每在这些黑暗期，最后让我们想起初衷，带来力量熬过来的，竟然都是这首当初自己所写的起飞练习。
