干燥而迷幻的男声辗转忧郁，疯狂而溃离的女声崩溃嘶吼。《Dealer》作为一首迷幻摇滚，慵懒感、撕裂感都处理得恰到好处。
打雷的歌一直都很意识流，带有淡淡的沧桑感。这首歌延续了超暴力的神之制作和暴力内核，以男女对唱为表现形式，勾勒出一对忧郁而疯狂的恋人形象。
整首歌旋律感较弱，更像是一种宣泄与控诉，歇斯底里。最后男声的收尾和女声的念白，仿佛暴风雨过后的平静，然而，暗潮依旧汹涌。
她有她的思想，关于旧时代，关于post war，关于对美国五六七十年代黄金时期的回忆录，她的美国梦，她的anti- feminism，她对于情感的非美国当前社会背景下大众化的处理即模糊化处理一些性别政治和最大强度脱离了社会引力创作的乐词和思想是其他人光用耳朵听不出来的，whisper pop和alternative 从来没有一些独立歌手想的那么简单。
打雷的歌可以没有大规模的弦乐编排，可以一首歌仅用钢琴和弦便乐评上9。 依赖Jack的从来不是Lana。
