Kaoma演唱的《Lambada》并不是原创作品，歌曲的原唱和原作者是玻利维亚著名民间乐队Los K'jarkas，曲名是《Llorando Se Fue》。Jennifer Lopez（詹妮弗·洛佩兹）发行的EP《On the floor》副歌(chorus)部分借鉴了此曲，不是一首歌的哈。
