"After the release of their debut album in 2017, Tainted Lady’s reputation in the Scandinavian rock scene has been steadily growing. This culminated in them playing a number of Danish festivals such as Copenhell, Jelling Musikfestival and Kløften Festival in 2018. They also played esteemed music industry events such as Reeperbahn Festival (Hamburg) and When Copenhell Freezes Over (Vega, Copenhagen) in 2018-19. They had multiple A-list singles on Danish rock radio myRock and national radio DR P4, their first album saw 350.000+ streams on various streaming sites, and they won Music Video of the Year for “Ampburner” at the High Voltage Rock Awards 2017.The band was formed in the late 00’s when the members were just teenagers playing in their bedrooms. Over the years there have been different names and line-ups, but the final piece of the puzzle was found in 2015 with the addition of British/Danish lead vocalist Michael Catton. Tainted Lady released their debut album “How The Mighty Have Fallen” in 2017 to critical acclaim. The band has been collaborating with musician and producer Soren Andersen (Glenn Hughes, Jesper Binzer), and on October 18th 2019 they will release their second studio album entitled “Sounds Like Freedom // Feels Like War”."
