It was the year 1990. Deep with in the stratosphere, an energy was building. A power so great, that not one force could carry it. Brian and Andrew Chaplin of Locnville have been experimenting with sounds for as far back as they can remember. Immersed in just about every genre imaginable, Locnville's sound compares to that of no other. Born in New York and raised in Cape Town, South Africa, their diversity of culture shine through into what Locnville coins 'Headphone Music'.
