Crawford's writing exudes a singer/songwriter style that displays his influences in contemporary folk to acoustic pop, channeling artists such as Ryan Adams, Patty Griffin, Paul Simon and John Mayer. His self-released EP "In The Maze" made its debut in the Top10 of the iTunes S/S charts (June 2012).
