刘奇琦，四川音乐学院作曲系青年教师,中国音乐家协会会员，现代音乐研究中心成员。九岁起开始学习作曲，师从中国著名作曲家黄虎威教授、宋名筑教授。其后留学美国跟随国际作曲大师陈怡、周龙教授研习现代音乐。作曲风格方面，因其自幼熟读国学经典，作品多以中国古典文学和民族民间音乐为素材。并基于个人对生活和艺术的感知与创想，融合受众（包括表演者、现场受众、媒介受众）感受，汇聚古典与新音乐作曲技巧，创作易于传播的音乐作品。其作品曾在新西兰、德国、奥地利、土耳其、荷兰、美国、日本等国家和地区演出，并荣获国内外各种奖项，获得广泛好评。1、 获奖情况：1.2018年6月，作品《戏趣二折》荣获首届中国成都单簧管中国风格作品比赛重奏组第四名2.2017年12月，作品《溪涧谣》荣获“天府古镇·唱响世界”主题曲全球征歌活动铜奖3.2016年5月，作品《Growing》荣获北京现代音乐节“中美青年作曲家比赛”第二名4.2014年2月，作品《步步姣》荣获第九届中国音乐金钟奖优秀合唱作品奖第二名2、参展（演）情况：1.2018年6月，作品《戏趣二折》参加首届中国（成都）单簧管中国风格作品比赛·获奖作品决赛音乐会，首演2.2017年6月，作品《烟花邂》参加王其书教授国家发明奖获奖成果展示·双腔葫芦埙专场音乐会，首演3.2017年2月，作品《Dimension》参加第58届 “中国四川の味道”定期专场音乐会，东京歌剧城音乐厅，首演4.2016年9月，研究成果《多功能演奏者与现代音乐作品创作》在美国密苏里大学堪萨斯分校音乐与舞蹈学院讲学5.2016年5月，作品《Growing》参加北京现代音乐节·中美作曲家计划——青年作曲家作曲比赛入围作品专场音乐会，首演6.2013年5月，作品《浔阳解语》为“土耳其——中国文化交流年”约稿作品，参加“土耳其—中国音乐交流”音乐会，首演7.2012年06月，作品《未央》参加奥地利勋伯格研究中心举办的大师课学习/演出，奥地利勋伯格研究中心，首演IntroductionQiqi Liu, works as a composition teacher in Sichuan Conservatory of Music, the member of Chinese musician association and the modern music research center. Since the age of nine , she began to learn music, with Chinese famous composer professor Huwei Huang and Mingzhu Song.
