Ewert And The Two Dragons

Ewert And The Two Dragons

Ewert and The Two Dragons is an acoustic indie-rock band from Tallinn, Estonia. Each one of them – Ewert Sundja (vocals, keyboards), Erki Pärnoja (guitars, vocals), Kristjan Kallas (drums & percussion) and Ivo Etti (guitars, bass, campanelli, vocals) – are acclaimed musicians, with various local awards such as "Performer of the Year" and "Young Jazz Talent of the Year" under their belt. Their debut album "The Hills Behind The Hills" (2009) was recorded in a mere 3 days at the summer cottage of Ewert's in-laws. The band gained instant recognition and their intimate and emotional concerts in the clubs of Tallinn and Tartu were sold out from day one. In July 2010, Ewert and The Two Dragons gave a stunning concert under the pine trees and summer sky of Salacgriva at the biggest Baltic music festival, Positivus, which the Finnish music magazine, Rumba, called "the best of the entire fest". In September 2010 the band signed a record deal with Latvian indie label I Love You records.
