JT Hodges
JT Hodges (born 1979 or 1980) is an American country music singer. In 2011, he signed to Show Dog-Universal Music and released his debut single "Hunt You Down", which has charted on Hot Country Songs. Singer-songwriter JT Hodges grew up in Fort Worth, Texas, where his parents established Buffalo Sound Studios, the city's first multi-track recording studio. Clients included artists as diverse as T Bone Burnett and Michael Bolton. His father studied concert piano at Juilliard and then attended the University of North Texas to get a master's degree in jazz composition. Hodges' mother sang in his father's band but opted to raise a family even after getting a country record deal with MCA Nashville. After graduating from Texas Christian University, Hodges moved to Los Angeles and spent several years on the coffeehouse circuit to test his original material. He met his wife in California, but they later moved to Nashville. In 2010, he landed a record deal. His first album for the Show Dog-Universal is being produced by Nashville music veterans Mark Wright, Don Cook and Mark Collie. Vince Gill contributes a harmony vocal and guitar solo to one of the tracks.
