She bursts onto the music scene showcasing an incredible voice and drew comparisons to Whitney Houston. In 2000 she enjoyed a fulfilling singing career at Verity/Warner where she released her Stellar Award-nominated self-titled gospel project, and later released Tarralyn on Tommy Motola's Casablanca/Universal label in 2004, after winning VH1's “Born To Diva,” hosted by Queen Latifah, and announced the winner by Sharon Osbourne. Throughout her career she's toured and performed with various artists including Mary J. Blige for the "No More Drama" tour, Ray Charles and Avant, and shared the stage with Beyonce, Ashanti, Lisa Marie Presley, Pat Benetar, Stevie Wonder and countless other phenomenal artists. In the business for ten years Tarralyn has moved into another phase of her career allowing her to be hands on and even more creative in every aspect of the music business by launching Tarprincel Entertainment Group (TEG), which houses a record, publishing, management and production company where she has made a natural progression from artist, singer, songwriter and producer to CEO and President of her own company.
