Biographyby Chris TrueA Canadian R&B singer and songwriter of Afghan and Pakistani heritage, Ebrahim (full name Ebrahim Lakhani) got his start performing in that most public of venues, the neighborhood sidewalk. By the time of his early twenties, Ebrahim -- along with Ryan Barbaza, Evan Chan, and Francis Garcia -- established the writing and production company Extra Medium Sound, and recorded his debut album. In 2008, Ebrahim was nominated for a Juno Award in that year's competition.
